Cheryl Manley is a strategic and inquisitive UX strategist with 14 years of digital design and marketing experience.

Shaped by two decades of performing and directing improv comedy, Cheryl believes that great design starts with a “yes, and” approach - building solutions brick by brick alongside users and colleagues. 

Never fearing the blank canvas, Cheryl has built two comms/marketing departments from the ground up and created hundreds of design and marketing assets from scratch. Their expertise in testing and iterating - combined with a strong commitment to innovation - yields targeted and timely solutions that consistently exceed KPI and ROI targets.

Outside of work, Cheryl can be found in their garden begging their tomatoes to survive the brutal summer months. They also facilitate professional development workshops, utilizing the art of improv to enhance life skills like empathy and active listening.
